Vitacon® Serrated and Dimple Flooring
Vitacon has a diamond mesh serrated pattern which gives excellent non-slip characteristics. It offers a lightweight, strong section which is ideal for use on conveyor walkways, inclines or anywhere slip resistant floors are required. Manufactured in standard 6m x 250mm wide sections which can be cut to suit the standard lengths held in stock for various walkway widths. Vitacon® offers many increments allowing optimum utilisation for a modular fitted floor area.
Sections may be bolted together and joined at intervals using fish plates to give a continuous floor appearance. Manufactured in mild steel and aluminium only.

We have divided our product into three loading categories for our clients’ ease of use. More specifically these are as follows:
| Light duty walkways | Loading UDL 300 kg/m2. Maintenance platforms, catwalks, conveyor walkways, restricted to one-person traffic. |
